Speaking of Joe's Deck Party
UCSB's famed Isla Vista district, Summer 1995. One of Black and Blue's very first live appearances ... although in the end, the acoustic duo did not actually play, but instead sowed even more heartache with a rare and intemperate deployment of obnoxious dancing.
